Dear Diary
Today after church we spent a leisurely afternoon on line looking
for a motor home and doing research on camping sites.
We made plans. And we talked. A lot. A lot more than normal!
We talked about a time line. We talked and dreamed about our
first trip. We talked about how we will downsize. And of course
we talked about what kind of motor home would fit our needs.
We've actually been talking about this for a few years and done
the research on models. We think now we have a plan and we're
jumping in with both feet!
We talked about the negatives. And all the initial work of the
whole downsizing process. In the next few months I'll be sharing the actual process and our progress in making our dream happen.
We'll be making our trip plans. And deciding where we are going.
The routes we will take and where and how long we will stay at
each stop.
Central Texas and the Hill Country is calling us to spend the Fall.
We may head a little further West before we return to DFW for
Christmas with the family.
The beginning of a New Dream and an Adventure! I can't wait.
